By accessing this site and booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

🏨 Hotel & Accommodation Policies

1️⃣ The rates we offer are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2️⃣ The hotels mentioned in your package are indicative, and accommodation is not confirmed until we share official confirmation.
3️⃣ If any hotel is unavailable, we will arrange alternate accommodation of a similar or higher category and inform you of any rate difference (supplement/reduction).
4️⃣ Packages are based on base category rooms (unless specified otherwise). If unavailable, higher-category rooms will be confirmed at an additional cost.
5️⃣ Check-in and check-out timings at most hotels in Andaman range from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM ⏰.
6️⃣ Please note, hotels may charge extra for using amenities like a gym, spa, minibar, telephone, games room, or heater.
7️⃣ Early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges.
8️⃣ Guests will be held responsible for any damage, misconduct, or penalties caused during the tour.

🏝️ Itinerary & Sightseeing

9️⃣ The itinerary is subject to weather conditions and may be shuffled for smooth operation.
🔟 Most Port Blair city sightseeing points remain closed on Mondays and government holidays, while Ross Island is closed on Wednesdays.
11️⃣ We always plan tours to avoid closure days, but some variations may occur.
12️⃣ Snorkeling is a complimentary activity — no refunds or compensation if missed.
13️⃣ Pre-booked Scuba Diving or Sea Walk activities in Havelock are subject to time-slot availability.
14️⃣ Guests are advised to seek medical clearance before engaging in adventure activities like Scuba or Sea Walk 🤿.

🚢 Ferry & Transportation

15️⃣ In case Makruzz, Coastal Cruise, or Government ferries are not operational due to weather or technical issues, no refunds will be applicable.
16️⃣ If government ferries are used instead of private ones due to ticket unavailability, the difference is non-refundable.
17️⃣ We cannot control delays or cancellations caused by traffic, roadblocks, strikes, natural calamities, or technical faults.
18️⃣ Vehicle models in remote islands may not be the latest, and facilities like ATMs, hospitals, and petrol stations may be limited — please plan accordingly.

💼 Payments & Cancellations

19️⃣ Packages can be booked with a token advance. Subsequent payments must be made on time as instructed.
20️⃣ We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the advance amount (minimum 30% of total cost) is not received on schedule.
21️⃣ Bookings may also be canceled in case of unlawful activity, aggressive behavior, or policy violations, with no refund.
22️⃣ We cannot be held responsible for cancellations arising from flight or ferry delays, weather conditions, or government orders.
23️⃣ Refunds will not be applicable for complimentary or free inclusions in the package.

🌦️ Force Majeure & Natural Conditions

24️⃣ Expenses arising from bad weather, strikes, ferry cancellations, or political unrest will be borne by the guest.
25️⃣ No compensation or refund will be applicable for disruptions caused by Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, festivals, etc.).
26️⃣ Due to geographical differences, some destinations may lack the lavish facilities of urban areas — please expect simpler amenities and limited vehicle options.

🧳 Travel Essentials

27️⃣ Carrying valid Photo ID proof is mandatory (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, PAN, etc.) along with confirmation vouchers, tickets, and permits as applicable.
28️⃣ Please follow the instructions provided by your tour guide or coordinator during the trip.
29️⃣ Any upgrades or changes requested after booking may attract additional charges.

🚤 Houseboat & Regional Notes

30️⃣ SUVs may accommodate a maximum of 6 passengers. Extra vehicles (if required) will be chargeable.
31️⃣ Due to high demand, Tempo Travellers in Andaman are allotted a day before arrival — in case of shortage, alternate SUVs may be provided at extra cost.

🌤️ Timings & Conditions

32️⃣ Timings in the daily itinerary may vary depending on road conditions, weather, meals, or guest health. We will always do our best to provide a smooth travel experience 🌈.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee based on the circumstance will be applied to any confirmed reservations that are canceled. If a reservation needs to be canceled, please inform us well in advance since the following fees will be assessed.

  • Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of tour cost

  • Between 44-31 days of departure: 40% of tour cost

  • Between 21-30 days of departure: 50% of tour cost

  • No refund for cancellation received less than 20 days in advance.

  • Cancallation charges may vary from Hotel to Hotel, kindly check with destination manager in real time.
